Here at Jade Integration we regularly work hand in hand with other IT companies and are always looking for business partnerships with other quality organisations. If you're looking to implement a specialist solution for one of your customers or are simply looking for some extra help, we'd be more than happy to form an Alliance Partnership. In addition to having some of the highest qualified engineers in the area transparently working for you, you'll also benefit from 5% commission on all of our consulting services.

How does it work?
Basically, you sub-contract to us. You tell us what needs to be done, we do it and the work will be invoiced to you - it's up to you how you want to charge this back to your customer. Please note that our standard 14 day payment terms still stand, so unless previously agreed in writing, you may need to ensure we're paid before your customer pays you.

How does the commission work?
You will receive 5% commission on our standard consultancy charges for all paid work. We will keep track of how much commission we owe you - simply invoice us and we'll BACS the money over to you. Our commission rates are negotiable depending on the nature of the work - call us for further details.

Can you invoice the customer directly?
Providing the customer agrees to our standard Terms and Conditions, yes! You will still receive commission as thanks for giving us the work. One thing to note though is that you will not receive commission for future work we may carry out for this customer. It will only be for jobs which you have played a significant part in passing our way.

What about exclusivity?
There is no exclusivity built into the standard agreement - i.e. you don't have to use our services exclusively and we don't have to use yours. You can set up as may agreements with other similar organisations as you like! We do sometimes set up exclusive partnerships with some organisations upon request - this can be discussed in greater detail if you call us.

What about confidentiality?
We'll work how you tell us to work. If you would like your customers to know you're sub-contracting the work out, that's fine. If you'd prefer us to work transparently, as if we're part of your own workforce, we don't have a problem with that either. We'll happily sign any confidentiality / non-disclosure agreements you may want to put in place to protect copyright and confidential information.

What about insurance?
We are fully covered with both public liability and professional indemnity insurance, however we would suggest you always have your own insurance is in place too, since in most cases, the contract will be between yourself and your customer.

Are there any restrictions?
Not really, although we do reserve the right to refuse partnerships if we feel they are not suitable for our company. We will also terminate a partnership immediately if any work you are carrying out could jeopardise our good name.
